National Taiwan University (NTU) Center for Science and Technology Informetrics (CSTI) is funded by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Science and Technology of R.O.C., Taiwan, under the Higher Education Sprout project, and has been established since 2018 by Prof. Dar-Zen Chen, Graduate Institutes of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, and Prof. Mu-Hsuan Huang, Graduate Institute of Library and Information Science. CSTI is currently also a member of NTU’s Center for Research in Econometric Theory and Applications (CRETA).
